About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates across multiple roles.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings and manage job advertisements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field
