About the role
We are looking for a Sr. Manager – Tender to lead the tendering and bidding process, manage commercial proposals, and drive tender submissions.
What you'll do
- Lead tender preparation and submission activities
- Manage and review tender documents and proposals
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and finance teams for tender inputs
- Ensure timely submission of tenders
- Maintain tender records and status updates
- Support bid clarifications and negotiations
What we're looking for
- 8-12 years of experience in Tendering / Commercial
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- MS Office proficiency
