About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Manager – Safety to lead and oversee all safety, health, and environmental (HSE) activities across operations. The candidate will ensure a safe working environment, implement safety policies, conduct audits, and drive compliance.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and HSE standards across the organization
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, audits, and legal requirements
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at workplace and plant locations
- Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs and awareness sessions for employees
- Monitor hazardous operations and ensure safe working practices are followed
- Maintain records of safety incidents, near-misses, and compliance reports
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams to ensure safe operations
What we're looking for
- BE / B.Tech in Engineering with Diploma/PG in Industrial Safety
- 8-15 years of experience in EHS / Safety Management
- Strong knowledge of EHS / Safety regulations and compliance standards
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Safety audits and inspection management
- Training and awareness program development
- Leadership and team management
