About the role
We are looking for a Sr. Manager – Furnace to lead furnace operations, manage production teams, ensure quality output, and drive operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Lead furnace production operations and manage team
- Ensure achievement of production targets and quality standards
- Monitor furnace performance and optimize processes
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Prepare production reports and MIS
What we're looking for
- BE / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or Related Field
- 10-15 years of experience in Furnace Operations
- Strong knowledge of furnace processes and operations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and technical skills
