About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Customer Complaint Handling to manage customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

What you'll do

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for complaint resolution
  • Prepare customer complaint reports and maintain documentation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling
  • Monitor complaint trends and support process improvement

What we're looking for

  • BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or Related Field
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Complaint Handling / Quality
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of quality standards and processes
