About the role
We are looking for a Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Customer Complaint Handling to manage customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
What you'll do
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for complaint resolution
- Prepare customer complaint reports and maintain documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling
- Monitor complaint trends and support process improvement
What we're looking for
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or Related Field
- 5 years of experience in Customer Complaint Handling / Quality
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of quality standards and processes
