About the role
We are hiring ITI qualified female candidates for production roles at our plant. The candidate will be involved in operating machines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Handle basic machine setup and troubleshooting
- Maintain production targets and quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and SOPs during operations
- Maintain production records and reports
- Support routine machine cleaning and maintenance activities
What we're looking for
- ITI qualification (relevant trade)
- Basic knowledge of machine operations and manufacturing processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
