About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the President in managing daily operations, strategic coordination, communication, and administrative functions.
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate the President's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the President
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings
- Coordinate with various departments for follow-ups on projects, action items, and business priorities
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and correspondence
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, and prioritize matters requiring attention
- Organize business meetings, conferences, and executive visits
- Prepare reports, business summaries, and management presentations
What we're looking for
- Graduate / MBA / Any Relevant Degree
- 3-8 years of experience as Executive Assistant
- Calendar Management
