About the role
We are looking for a highly professional, proactive, and organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in handling day-to-day business operations, executive coordination, communication, and strategic activities.
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, business summaries, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with department heads for updates, reports, and follow-up on key action items
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and sensitive business information
- Screen calls, emails, and meeting requests while prioritizing important matters
- Organize executive meetings, conferences, and business visits
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and management commitments
- Support the MD in strategic planning, business reviews, and operational coordination
What we're looking for
- Graduate / MBA / Any Relevant Degree
- 3-10 years of experience as Executive Assistant
