About the role
We are looking for an Asst. Manager – Stranding to manage and oversee stranding production operations, ensure quality and productivity, and coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
What you'll do
- Manage stranding production operations
- Ensure achievement of production targets and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Monitor machine performance and handle operational deviations
- Prepare production records and reports
What we're looking for
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Related Field
- 4-7 years of experience in Stranding / Wire & Cable Production
- Knowledge of stranding processes
- Good coordination and team management skills
