About the role
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Electrical Maintenance to lead electrical maintenance operations, manage a large team, and ensure plant electrical systems are functioning optimally.
What you'll do
- Lead electrical maintenance operations across the plant
- Manage and mentor the electrical maintenance team
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems
- Plan and implement electrical upgrades and projects
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
- Coordinate with production and automation teams for maintenance support
- Prepare maintenance reports and MIS
What we're looking for
- BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 12-18 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, motors, drives, and control panels
- Experience in managing large maintenance teams
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
