What you'll do
- Design and build scalable backend services.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Lead architecture reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with product to translate requirements into systems.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with Go or Java.
- Solid grasp of distributed systems, databases, and caching.
- Experience with Kubernetes or similar.
- Excellent communication.
